RETURNS

Return policy on products is applicable only for the following reasons:

Damaged/dead on arrival, manufacturing defects, expired and incorrect product. And in such cases we offer easy replacements.

In case, you receive such product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team and courier partners.

Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code to our email. We will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours.

We will either arrange to collect the product (Only pick-up will be done.The product to be replaced, has to be packed by the customer only) and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement part.

REFUNDS

Order amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded, other than in the following circumstances:

  1.   If the material required for the manufacturing of the product is not available at our end and hence if the order gets cancelled due to such reason, then a customer will be entitled for a refund.
  2. Unavoidable reasons or natural calamities and hence if the order gets cancelled due to such reason, then a customer will be entitled for a refund.
